The Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB) promotes workplace health
and safety, and provides a workers compensation system for the employers
and workers of Ontario.
The WSIB has a vital role to play in making a positive difference in the
working lives of the people of Ontario. The mission of the WSIB is to lead, prevent
and preserve. The WSIB values and respects the contribution of its employees
and commits to ensuring their professional development, health, safety and wellness.
