Coordinate Care
At AgTa, we believe that being able to provide both Rehabilitation/Therapy
Support Work and Specialized Personal Support Work supervised and coordinated
by the same Service Supervisor will be a huge asset in achieving success
of any goals placed on clients by their Rehabilitation Team. If the
need arises for the PSW to be introduced along side a Rehabilitation/Therapy
Support Worker, the lines of communication will be clearer and therefore
much more successful when both disciplines come from the same organization.
The rewards of such a coordinated effort are endless and the benefits
to the client are boundless. |
